Working principle and purpose:
NDJ-8S rotary viscometer, controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, is an intelligent instrument with data acquisition, processing and Chinese character display. The instrument controls the stepping motor to run accurately and steadily according to the set speed, and the rotor rotates through the floating ribbon. When the rotor is not subjected to resistance, the rotor and the motor rotate synchronously; when the rotor is subjected to the resistance of the measured liquid, the rotation of the rotor will lag behind the motor. When the tension of the balance spring is balanced with the liquid resistance, the opening angle of the rotor lagging behind the motor is fixed. By measuring the opening angle, according to the set speed and rotor, the instrument calculates the measured liquid viscosity and displays it on the LCD screen.
Compared with similar instruments, the NDJ-8S rotational viscometer is not only easy to operate, stable speed, high measurement accuracy, and wide working voltage range, it also has an automatic search function, that is, it can search for the rotor and speed required for measuring unknown samples.
